DIGITAL NOMAD DESTINATIONS - PILOT ASSESSMENT AND VALIDATION ROADMAP
Keywords:
Digital nomads, destination readiness, multicriteria assessment, tourism development, validation roadmap
Abstract
Digital nomadism creates opportunities for destinations beyond major urban centres, but practical readiness tools remain limited. This paper develops a literature-derived instrument with 13 factors across five dimensions and pilots it through supply-side stakeholder self-assessment in four Serbian destinations, providing a diagnostic readiness profile and directions for further validation.
